Jack
First and foremost, Jack is a husband and a father. Raising boys ( 12 & 8 ) isn't easy but they are why he get out of bed - to provide a good life for them. Jack is a brother to 6 siblings and has a massive extended family via his beautiful and patient wife Shae. Jack is in this crazy world with you as his eldest son experiences Autism in all its uncut glory. Jack always wanted to find a way to utilise his skillset to give back to community and has done so in a big way! Jack love fishing, golf, quiet places, loud family gatherings with amazing food and kids running every direction! Jack also loves skilling people up to be a better version of themselves, this is something he confesses he is still working on within himself. Jack would love for you to become part of the ever expanding community in Awesome Anglers, adventure awaits!
Jed
Jed is a firm believer in the power of friendship and community and knows what a difference these key elements can contribute to the joy we find in every day. In 2012, Jed crossed paths with Jack, and what started as a professional partnership quickly evolved into a solid friendship. Together, they navigated the world of business, learning and growing side by side. Over the years, Jed's journey has been a diverse one, taking him through various fields and businesses, always with a single purpose— to provide and spend time with his family of 8! Now, in 2023, Jack and Jed are reuniting with a shared mission - bringing Awesome Anglers to Brisbane. Jed's goal is to create a supportive community where friendships flourish, life skills are nurtured, and the NDIS community find the joy of adventure and connection.

Our service offerings are designed not only from lived experience, our services are designed and facilitated to assist participants to live a better life and to enjoy some of the activities, once thought would not be possible. The activities we offer are designed to assist participants to live a better life, to gain confidence, and to enjoy activities they thought may not have been possible. It is a fun, safe and encouraging environment. Everyone is welcome aboard.
We pride ourselves in providing a comfortable, adaptable and compassionate service to each and every participant.
Our service costs can be funded by Fee-ForService, NDIS, DVA and My Aged Care.
